digital assets
domain names & digital property
21CD operates one of the more deliberately positioned domain portfolios in the market — concentrated in high-signal names across emerging verticals before category consensus forms. The strategy is predicated on the same logic as the broader thesis: acquire at the margins, before institutional attention standardizes pricing.
The relevant window is narrow. Category-defining names become identifiable exactly when they stop being cheap. 21CD is designed to be positioned before that moment, not after it.
tokenized real world assets
The migration of real-world asset ownership onto programmable on-chain infrastructure is an early and largely underpriced structural shift. 21CD participates where enforceable rights meet digital liquidity — specifically in asset classes where fragmentation and opacity have historically suppressed fair value.
21CD provided the domain inventory for what became one of the earliest public tokenizations of a real-world digital asset on blockchain. Working with D3 and the Doma Protocol — backed by Coinbase Ventures — we contributed the underlying assets for a fractionalized on-chain offering that established domain names as a viable category for tokenized RWA infrastructure.
private equity
early-stage ventures
21CD takes selective positions in early-stage companies operating primarily at the intersection of digital infrastructure, cryptography, and machine intelligence. Investments are high-conviction and operationally engaged.
The focus is on companies solving problems at the protocol and infrastructure layer, where the moat is technical depth rather than distribution spend.
